Return and Exchange Policy
1. Sold goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:
– If there is an error in the order placed by us, the company will bear the shipping costs for returning and sending the new order at no cost to the customer.
– If the order was correct, as per the customer's request, the customer will bear all shipping costs to the store for returning and receiving the order within a maximum of two days from receiving the order and notifying us.
2. The customer is not entitled to a refund or exchange under any circumstances unless the product is undamaged.
All products are inspected before leaving the store.
3. If the order is confirmed via one of the contact numbers provided, the return or exchange policy mentioned above applies.
4. The order will be shipped within one day of payment.
5. If the order is canceled before shipment, the customer will receive a full refund to the account from which the payment was made.
Payment and Delivery
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Shipping from the store takes 48 hours to all governorates of the Sultanate during weekdays, excluding Fridays.
What are the shipping and delivery costs?
The shipping or delivery fee is 2 Omani Rials. Delivery is to your doorstep in all governorates and wilayats of the Sultanate, except for Musandam, Masirah, and Al Wusta. The full shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before completing the order.
An additional shipping fee may be charged if the order exceeds one bag; the excess amount will be paid in cash upon delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
Shipping and delivery are available to your doorstep in all governorates and states of the Sultanate, except for remote areas.

What happens after payment?
After confirming the customer's payment, the order will be shipped via our approved shipping companies. You will receive a text message on your phone number confirming your order is ready.
